Our Mission:

The primary goal of the BWO PTO is to enhance the educational experience and the physical, social, and emotional development of BWI students. We believe that through the collaboration of teachers, parents, and community we can achieve the best possible learning environment for our students. It is through this philosophy that we have instituted a process for PTO Mini-Grants. Mini-Grants are funded through our membership fundraising efforts and donations.
