FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - Pancakes with Santa

WHAT IS THE BASIC INFO FOR THE EVENT?

• DATE: Saturday, December 10

• TIME: 8:00am-10:30am

• LOCATION: Bridgeway Island Cafeteria, 3255 Half Moon Bay

• COST: Free! We are asking for a donated canned good per person or a batch of homemade cookies per family for the Out of the Box Ministries’ Cookie-palooza** (see info below)

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP? Come anyway! Just know…

• We may not have an accurate count for food or be able to account for any accommodations your family might need.

• Signing up for pictures with Santa will take a little longer.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES? Let us know in the RSVP. We may not be able to accommodate you, but we will try our best! If there are items that are free from the top 8 allergens and vegan, they will be clearly labeled.

WHAT IF I NEED A SENSORY BREAK? The reading lab will be available as a quiet space. Please don’t bring any food or dink inside.

WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT?

• Take your own pictures with Santa (PTO will take 1 polaroid per child to take with you as a keepsake!)

  • Get your number when you check in at the welcome table.

  • Meet in the prep area (in the band room, on the stage) when your number is called.

  • Kids can fill out a letter to Santa & hand it to him.

  • When it’s your family’s turn, hand your phone/camera over to one of our PTO elves, who can take some pictures for you. We’ll also have a Polaroid to take 1 picture per child.

  • On your way out, pick up 1 photo frame ornament kit per child.

• Eat breakfast

• Create your own ornament & 3-D Santa craft

• Enjoy some holiday cheer with your fellow Bridgeway Bees!

Please don’t bring food to the prep area. We’ll have hand wipes for everyone to use before seeing Santa.

• Pancakes (Krusteaz Professional mix nutrition here)

• Syrup (Market Pantry original nutrition here & Cary’s Sugar Free nutrition here)

• Butter chips

• Sliced strawberries

• Blueberries

• Regular & decaf coffee with sugar, Splenda, powdered creamer

• Hot chocolate (Swiss Miss nutrition here)

• A variety of top 8 allergen-free & vegan snacks (they will be clearly labeled at a table with blue décor)
